Nicole Gardner
General Consulting Group

Nicole Gardner leads Oliver Wyman’s General Consulting Group, which is made up of the firm’s consulting staff who have not yet affiliated to industry or functional practices.  She also represents Oliver Wyman on the MMC HR Executive Committee.  Nicole spent 10 years consulting to North American communications and technology companies before shifting to various executive management roles in the Talent Management and Human Resources functions, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mercer Management Consulting, a predecessor firm for Oliver Wyman.   
  
Nicole holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.
