Dana Bolton
General Counsel
Dana Bolton is the General Counsel of Oliver Wyman. Since joining the Marsh & McLennan Companies legal department in 1995, he has served the corporate legal needs of the Oliver Wyman Group businesses, including the acquisitions by which Delta Organization & Leadership and Oliver Wyman became part of MMC, and was appointed its General Counsel in 2005. Dana spent eight years as a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions lawyer with Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Coudert Brothers before joining MMC.
Dana is a graduate of Davidson College (A.B. in Economics) and Washington & Lee University Law School (J.D.), where he was an editor of the Law Review.
